Statement of Fees and Code of Conduct:

  • A Registration Form is required for all students participating in this program. 
  • Students may participate on a drop-in basis if pulled from the waitlist with prior notification from parents. If no Enrollment Form has been previously submitted, you will be sent an email with the link to this form to complete and submit.
  • Only persons authorized by the parent or guardian may pick up your child from the RCM After School program. Please notify the Director in writing if anyone other than a parent/guardian will pick up your child that is not listed on form.
  • All students attending RCM are required to follow all school and program rules. Behavioral problems will result in parent notification and suspension from the program.
  • Students with a fever or contagious illness may not participate in the program and must be cleared by a Provider.

Code of Conduct:

  • Show respect to each individual in the program and use appropriate and courteous language at all times.
  • Refrain from making disparaging comments or remarks, especially in regard to race, social status, nationality, or orientation.
  • Do not be disruptive in class and behave in a manner that is respectful and conducive to learning and participation.
  • Listen to constructive criticism, whether it is given by a student or staff member and respect their opinions. Be be respectful when giving constructive criticism to others.
  • Respect Harlem School of the Arts and Renaissance Center of Mastery Inc. property.
