Corinthia Love Benison is an Afro-Latina woman and Harlem native. She is a living testament to the impact after school program and community-based organizations can have on youth. Drawing inspiration from her childhood and youth development opportunities, professional experiences, resilience to overcome past pains, traumas, and life’s curve balls, she understands the importance of community programs for youth, mentorship, and accessibility to resources. Corinthia established RCM after school to ensure that the youth of Harlem/New York City benefit from the same support that enabled her success.

Ayesha Randolph
English Teacher
With over 25 years experience in the classroom, Ayesha is a licensed English teacher and teaches middle school and high school students in special and regular education. She holds a Master’s of Science in Teaching and her dedication to her students is evident through her innovative teaching techniques and ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our students. She has a proven track record of helping learners achieve their language goals.
Olander-big-o-wilson
Theater Teaching Artist
Olander “Big O” Wilson is an actor and acting coach from the small rural town of Lake City, South Carolina. He can be seen on a plethora of national commercials and tv shows. Olander brings 10+ years of industry experience and a genuine heart for teaching the youth.
He began his classical theatre training in 2010 where he obtained his BFA in Theatre from USC. As the CEO and founder of Olander Wilson Acting Studio (OWAS), Olander specializes in filmmaking, scene study, and audition techniques for actors ages 6-17 and adults throughout NYC and beyond. His teaching philosophy centers on creating a safe space where students can embrace failure as part of growth, build confidence, and develop the tools needed to succeed.
Olander is known for his realism, sincerity, and ability to connect with students from all backgrounds. His students and peers consistently praise his ability to push them out of their comfort zones while maintaining a supportive, judgment free environment where artistry and personal growth flourish together. He is ecstatic on partnering with RCM and assisting them on making the youths dreams a reality.
