Practicing in general medicine with a concentration in substance abuse for 7 years and infectious/communicable disease for 18 years. She worked at Rikers Island for 30 years as Senior and Chief PA. Janice Colley has always felt the calling to serve, care, educate, and advocate for those who needed others.
