Our approach to educational training involves a comprehensive process that helps students to improve their grades, discover their career paths, and build their confidence in the classroom. At RCM we actively engage our participants in their own development. Unstinting encouragement and optimism from our staff, positive visual images of people engaged in various occupations, and guest presentations by successful individuals who overcame similar barriers help normalize the idea of higher education and employment as a realistic and achievable pathway to a better life.
