Corinthia Benison
Founder/Executive Director

Corinthia Love Benison is an Afro-Latina woman and Harlem native. She is a living testament to the impact after school program and community-based organizations can have on youth. Drawing inspiration from her childhood and youth development opportunities, professional experiences, resilience to overcome past pains, traumas, and life’s curve balls, she understands the importance of community programs for youth, mentorship, and accessibility to resources. Corinthia established RCM after school to ensure that the youth of Harlem/New York City benefit from the same support that enabled her success.
